Serving as an intervention into historical archives, artist Liz Fernando’s “passage of time” is an exhibition showcasing the lapse of time on historical records, through focusing on the effects of colonial practices in our locality and on our cultural perceptions.
Attempting to capture all these notions through sepia-toned photographs, the collection compels the viewer to reach for their past memories, all the while emphasizing the fragility of lost time.
