“Sculpted Time” – A series of Architecture-Focused Film Series which features how architecture shapes the world we live in through the narratives of film, creating dialogue and thought within communities to question the quest of Architecture. This month’s film highlights the relationship between Film and Architecture through the screening of the film “Metropolis” by director Fritz Lang. A 1927, German expressionist science-fiction silent film; that critically reviews urban dystopia through a lens of class friction and disparity between social classes.
